This is not a drop-off event.
There will be two waves of Bingo being offered.
$5.50 per player
** Wave 1: 5:00 pm – 5:45 pm **
** Wave 2: 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm **
This event will be mask optional and capped to allow for social distancing between families.
To ensure that we keep with our capacity requirements, we ask that each family sign up for one wave of bingo to allow as many families as possible to participate.
Registration is first-come, first-serve. Register on the MPS PTO website by scanning the QR code to guarantee your spot. Cash or check can be returned along with the printed confirmation page.
You may also return this form through your child’s backpack with your cash or check payment. You will receive a confirmation email once you are registered for the event.
